Our hospital operates a 24×7 Cath Lab (Catheterization Laboratory) — one of the most critical assets in any multispeciality institution. The Cath Lab is used for diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures including coronary angiography, angioplasty (PTCA), stenting, and electrophysiology studies. Because cardiac emergencies like heart attacks (STEMI) require door-to-balloon times under 90 minutes, our Cath Lab team is on standby every hour of every day. Our 24×7 Dialysis unit provides both scheduled and emergency dialysis services for patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD), acute kidney injury (AKI), or those awaiting transplantation. We offer Haemodialysis (HD) and support for Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT) in ICU settings. Regular dialysis patients can book preferred time slots including early morning, evening, or weekend sessions. Patients admitted through emergency who develop sudden kidney failure are managed with priority access. Our dedicated nephrology nursing staff are trained specifically for renal support care, ensuring safe, comfortable sessions every time.

We house a full suite of diagnostic services under one roof. Our 24×7 Laboratory handles blood tests, urine analysis, culture & sensitivity, hormone panels, and more — results are processed rapidly to support clinical decisions. For cardiac diagnostics, we offer ECG (Electrocardiogram) and ECHO (Echocardiogram) conducted by trained cardiac technicians and interpreted by cardiologists. Our Scan department provides ultrasound, colour doppler, and high-resolution imaging. 24×7 X-ray services are available for both inpatients and emergency walk-ins. All imaging reports are reviewed by specialist radiologists, and digital reports are shared promptly.

Our hospital maintains a full-featured ICU (Intensive Care Unit) with multi-parameter monitoring, mechanical ventilators, vasopressor support, and round-the-clock intensivist coverage. The ICU handles post-operative patients, severe infections (sepsis), multi-organ dysfunction, and neurological emergencies. The C-ARM is a mobile fluoroscopy imaging device used inside the OT that gives surgeons real-time X-ray guidance during procedures — critical for orthopaedic fracture fixations, minimally invasive spine surgeries, joint replacements, and certain vascular interventions. It dramatically improves precision and reduces complications. Emergency surgeries are accommodated any time of day or night.

Our Gynaecology Department provides comprehensive women's healthcare across all life stages. Services include antenatal care and safe delivery (normal and caesarean), high-risk pregnancy management, infertility counselling, PCOS management, menstrual disorders, hysterectomy, and gynaecological oncology screening. Our obstetrician-gynaecologists work closely with our NICU team for high-risk deliveries. Using our OT equipped with C-ARM imaging, our orthopaedic surgeons perform fracture fixations (ORIF), knee and hip arthroplasty, arthroscopy, ligament repairs, and spinal decompression procedures with high precision. Sports injuries such as ACL tears, rotator cuff injuries, and stress fractures are handled through a combination of conservative management, physiotherapy, and minimally invasive surgical interventions when required. On-call orthopaedic surgeons are available for emergency trauma cases at any hour.

Yes — our 24×7 Pharmacy is operational every single hour of the day, including nights, Sundays, and all public holidays. We maintain a comprehensive inventory of branded and generic medications across all therapeutic categories including cardiac drugs, antibiotics, oncology medicines, anaesthetics, ICU infusions, and chronic disease medications. Prescriptions from our in-house consultants are dispensed immediately. Patients discharged at night or emergency cases requiring critical drugs will never face delays due to pharmacy closure. Our pharmacists also provide medication counselling — explaining dosage, interactions, and storage instructions clearly to patients and caregivers before dispensing.
